Stallard Technologies, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 30-day return window for most certified refurbished and new enterprise hardware. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing and timely refunds.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the components in their original anti-static packaging and shipping box to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container and ship the package via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
